Changes and Guarantees
Estimated time to make a change
Accounts with 30 calendar days to make changes.
You must previously notify your change in writing to the email info@miocoral.com, indicating the name of the buyer, reference of the product purchased, reason why you want to change the change and description of the change to be made. The products must be in perfect condition and with their espective labels, packaging and accessories originals, must NOT be used, washed, modified or altered. The change must be for a roduct of equal or greater value. Then, approved the change by the area in charge. You must send the product, or approach Calle 106 # 49 – 27 in the Pasadena town,
Bogota MIO CORAL does not assume expenses generated by changes.
Garments that DO NOT meet the conditions listed above or are received after the allowed period, will be returned under the responsibility of the
buyer.
Where to make a change
The change request must be previously notified in writing in the mail info@miocoral.com. Then, of approved you must go or send your product of change

Do discount products have change?
Garments that are in the SALE category do not change or have a guarantee.
How long does it take for my exchange to be returned?
After receiving the product in our facilities, the change will be sent
again to the address indicated by the user, within 2 to 5 business days.
MIO CORAL S.A.S is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return transport.
Estimated time to make use of the guarantee
Accounts with 30 calendar days from the purchase to make use of the guarantee of the product. After this time we do not accept claims for merchandise for any reason.
The guarantee request must be previously notified in writing and send a photograph of the damage or defect of quality to the email info@miocoral.com. This warranty does NOT cover defects due to misuse, improper washing, storage, wear caused by use normal of the same, alterations or modifications. If you receive a damaged item or defective, MIO CORAL will be responsible for the change and all relevant costs They will be assumed.
Returns
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right, is 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order. THIS APPLIES FOR PRODUCTS SUCH AS: OUTPUTS OF BATHROOM, KIMONOS, KAFTANES, BLUSONES AND SOME ACCESSORIES.

Causes of return
